Privacy

This website is operated by Ben Everden. Contact benny@decentcrop.com with questions about your information.

Enquiries

The enquiry form sends the name, email address, session selection, dates and message you provide to Ben by email so he can respond and discuss your shoot. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through the form.

Spam protection

When enabled, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile and technical checks to prevent spam. Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy applies to Turnstile. A temporary, hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated submissions. Your IP address is not included in the enquiry email.

Website operation

The hosting service processes technical logs to operate and secure the site. Links to social platforms and publications take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Your information

You can email Ben to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have provided, subject to records that must be retained for business or legal purposes.

Website analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand visits, pages viewed and how people find the site. Successful enquiries are recorded as an event; the name, email address and message from the enquiry form are not sent to Analytics. Google may use cookies and device identifiers to provide this measurement. Read Google’s Privacy Policy.
